olive pepper prawns

Prawns are one of the most commonly consumed sea food. They are delicious and there are a wide variety of ways to prepare them. They can be fried, sautéed or served as a gravy. In this post I am sharing a fast simple and healthy recipe for a stir fry prawns. Olive oil is very healthy and is used religiously in this. Do try it and let me know how it turned out.




Ingredients :-

- 500g prawns pre-boiled in salt and a pinch of turmeric. (Turmeric helps to remove any smell from the prawns)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6-7 garlic cloves finely chopped
- black pepper powder 1 tsp
- salt
- 1/2 lemon
- coriander

Method:-

- take olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic.
- sauté till garlic turns golden brown then add the prawns to it and stir for 1 min.
- add the pepper powder and salt to taste and sauté nicely.
- to this add lemon juice and mix well. Serve with coriander garnished on top.
